If your mind is somewhere else, you cannot give all your attention to what you are currently doing whether that is spending time with your family or doing a task at work. Our mind and body must work together at the at the same time.  We must learn how to let things go and make time for things that are meaningful to us so that we can live a happy, healthy life.

Mindfulness is learning self-responsibility 

This means loving, sensing, feeling, thinking, playing, working, communicating, intimacy, finding meaning, and transcending! 

Beauty and true health is more than skin deep. One must practice balance.

Just as eating clean, exercising regularly and achieving a mindful balance is important so is feeling beautiful on the outside. It is an important component to a healthy, happy life.
